The rates below include all laundry*, electricity, air conditioning and taxes,
which many holiday lets add on as extras.

Are there any extras I will need to pay?
To the above cost a contibution towards cleaning costs of £45 will be added. A refundable €150 security deposit needs to be paid on arrival; this will be collected by my keyholders as a swipe of your credit card. Assuming the apartment is left clean and tidy, and without damage, this will be refunded shortly after your holiday finishes.
Excess cleaning charges, and towels* that have been used as beach towels will be deducted from this. An optional mid-stay tidy-up, linen and towel change is available for £35.
If you will be arriving at La Cinuelica outside the hours of 9am - 9pm, there will be a small charge of €25 to compensate my keyholders for welcoming you at a rather anti-social time.
A cot can be hired for £20 per week. Other baby equipment is also available, please ask if you would like details.
Pre-arrival shopping can be arranged in advance to ensure that you make the most of your holiday. Price varies according to what you would like so please ask.
